Shipping Policy
Hunting Camping Deals uses either UPS or the United Postal Service to ship most orders. When you are placing an order form Hunting Camping Deals, you will be given the option to select a carrier. We recommend the use of UPS as they provide a superior and reliable shipping service and package tracking software. If you select UPS as your carrier when you complete an order from our online store, you will be provided with the UPS tracking number for your shipment at the time of your order. This number can also be obtained through the My Account section of our website.
Most in stock items are shipped on the next business day following the date the order was placed. For an additional delivery charge of $6.00, orders that are placed prior to 10:00 AM Central Time will ship same day. To receive expedited shipping, please select this option at the time of your check out.
Please note the Hunting Camping Deals requires a valid U.S. mailing address for all orders placed from our online hunting and camping supply store. We are unable to ship merchandise internationally or to a P.O. Box. You will receive an error message if an incorrect mailing or billing address is entered at the time of your purchase.
Back Ordered Items
We ask that our customers do not order back ordered items if they are unwilling to wait for restock. If any of the items in your order is placed on back order after the purchase has been made, you will be notified via email. You will then have the option to wait for restock or cancel the order to receive a refund.
Return and Exchange Policy
Items in new condition with original packaging may be returned to Hunting Camping Deals for an exchange or credit. Please note the following regarding returns or exchanges for merchandise from our store.
- Returns must include all original packaging
- Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days
- A copy of your Hunting Camping Deals invoice should accompany all returns or exchanges
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs when completing returns or exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are subject to the applicable fees including a 15% restocking fee ($3.00 minimum) or a $10.00 exchange fee
